Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, please leave them inside or properly secured during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, we will ask you to put them inside. If you are unsure, please error on the side of caution.
Nope! We specialize in convenient and hassle-free service, so no, you are not required to be home for us to scoop. We send you a heads up text prior to our arrival and take gate photos after every visit to ensure your property (and pups) are secure prior to leaving.
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Sparky Scoopers. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Sparky Scoopers will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Yep, we clean year-round! In the off-chance that we are unable to scoop due to weather, hazardous conditions, or a major holiday, we will skip that day and pick up all of the waste on your next scheduled service. If you need your yard cleaned prior to your next scheduled service, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your desired service day, but we cannot guarantee it. To keep prices competitive and our driving routes efficient, we’ll add you to our established routes based on your address and visit frequency. If you require service on a certain day, please note that when signing up or contact us directly.
Sorry, but in order to make our operations efficient and keep costs low, we’re not able to provide exact arrival times for our pooper scooper services, but we do guarantee that we will arrive on your assigned service day, within business hours. You’ll also get a quick “on the way” text 15 to 30 minutes before we arrive, so you’ll have some time to prepare!
Pricing is based on service frequency and number of dogs, so in order for you to get the most accurate quote possible, use our instant quote tool or give us a call or text. We have plans as low as $60/month, but most clients pay around $92/month for our most popular weekly service option.
Proper disposal is an essential part of our service. We will double bag the pet waste to eliminate odors and place it in each customer’s trash can upon departure.
